Overnight Apple Pie Oats





Do you need something easy for breakfast this week?

Overstuffed from the holidays?


Overnight oats are so easy and they can help you get back on track with your eating.


There are countless recipes but this is an easy one I like to go back to consistently.


Here you go.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 apple, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the order listed, add all the ingredients except for the nuts to a small mason jar.

  2. Place in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with walnuts, stir well, and enjoy!
