The EASIEST Energy Balls

When you need a perfect snack for any day of the week or an on the go snack that is easy then this is the perfect one.

Energy balls are very easy to make and you can make as many combinations as you would like.

Here is my go to weekly energy balls.


1 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

2 scoops protein powder

1 cups rolled oats

1 cup chocolate chips


  1. Combine all in a large bowl

  2. Roll into small balls

  3. Freeze for at least an hour

  4. Enjoy!
